Winter’s coldest months are nearly upon us, so this is a good time to remind families that sometimes Robbinsdale Area Schools may be forced to close school because of extreme temperatures or significant snow.

Be sure to visit the district’s weather closing website to learn more about the process that goes into determining if a school closure is necessary, as well as the ways you’ll be notified about cancelations.

Substitute Teachers

Do you know someone looking for a rewarding job? Do you enjoy working with young people? If you or someone you know would like to consider becoming a guest teacher, contact our Human Resources Department. Guest teachers work up to eight hours per day, and we pay $165 per day.

Nov. 17 mini clinics

District to host COVID vaccine mini-clinics Wednesday, Dec. 8. At these clinics, eligible people will be able to receive their first or second dose, or booster of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.

World's Best Workforce

Robbinsdale Area Schools will hold its annual World's Best Workforce public meeting from 5-6 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 9.

The state is looking to gather the voices of all educators, all enrolled families, and students in grades six through 12, regarding their public school experiences through participation in the MN Safe Learning Survey. The survey is open through Wednesday, Nov. 24.

COVID Updates
