Action Needed: Complete 2026-27 Annual Update to View Transportation and Student Schedules

Earlier this summer, Robbinsdale Area Schools (Rdale) launched the Annual Update for the 2026-27 school year, available through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. The Annual Update requires families to review and update important student information—including transportation preferences, parent/guardian contact information, emergency contacts, annual opt-outs, and more—all in one place.

Your action is needed: If you want to view your child’s schedule and bus route information, you will need to complete the Annual Update, if you have not already done so. 

Beginning on Friday, Aug. 21, all Rdale families will be able to access all bus route information for the 2026-27 school year in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. 

Student schedules will be available for families to access in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal on a rolling basis depending on your student’s school.

To access the Annual Update:

  1. Log in to Infinite Campus Parent Portal
  2. On the left side menu, select “More”
  3. Then select “Online Registration”
  4. Under “Existing Student Registration”, click “Start” to the right of “2026-27 Annual Updates”.

Please note that the Annual Update is best completed on a laptop or desktop, as it may not work well on a mobile phone or tablet.

Infinite Campus Parent Portal accounts for incoming Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) and kindergarten families should have received an email with instructions on how to access their Parent Portal account this summer. If you need assistance with your account after receiving this email, please reach out to registrar@rdale.org.

To ensure student records remain accurate and secure, the Annual Update should be completed by the primary parent/guardian identified during enrollment. Secondary parent/guardian accounts can view student information but cannot make changes to annual update information.

How to Log in to Infinite Campus Parent Portal (http://myportal.rdale.org/)

Infinite Campus Parent Portal is your central resource for staying connected to your child’s educational journey. It provides secure access to important school information throughout the year, including schedules, transportation, grades, attendance, announcements and more.

Parent Portal accounts are created automatically when students first enroll in Rdale. Your username follows this format: [last name][first initial][last four digits of your phone number] (example: williamsd3006). Login details, including your username and password, were emailed to the address you provided at enrollment.

If you are new to Rdale and have never logged in, start at “New Parent - Claim Account” and follow the prompts.

If you need assistance with your account or help resetting your password, please reach out to registrar@rdale.org, or your student’s school. Please include the name of your student when emailing.

We recognize that language and technology barriers can sometimes make it difficult to access school information. Rdale has supports in place to help:

  • Internet Access: If you don’t have reliable home internet, Rdale has WiFi hotspots available. Please fill out this form to request a hotspot.
  • Language Services: Our Enrollment Center staff are available to assist families who need language support. Call 763-504-8080 for help.
